Yellow Curry Paste with Chicken (or Seafood)


  • 4 Tablespoons Dan-D-Pak™ Yellow Curry Paste
  • 500g Diced Chicken or Assorted Seafood
  • 2 Cups Dan-D-Pak™ Coconut Cream
  • ½ Cup Large Diced Red or Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup Peeled and Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Palm or Brown Sugar
  • 2 Each Lime Leaf (Optional)


  1. In a wok, combine coconut milk, curry paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Slowly bring to a simmer over medium low heat, stirring frequently
  2. Reduce heat to low, and add chicken (or Seafood), onions, potatoes and lime leaf. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, until prawns are cooked and flavors mellow, about 15 minute. Serve on rice.
