    • Hi Han,

      Yes, the raw oats are cleaned, de-hulled, and then heated to produce an enzyme stabilized oat groat. The groats are then steamed and rolled into rolled oat flakes.

  7. Hi there.

    Are your rolled oats WHOLE grain? If so, why doesn’t the package indicate that. I have avoided buying them because they are the only rolled oats pkg that doesn’t say whole grain.

  8. Hi,
    Do I really need to “Cook” it? Can I just straightly add the fresh milk into the Oats and wait until it turns soft and add the fruits or nuts?

    What happened if I don’t cook it, any impact?
