  1. I am looking a recipe on the back of pine nut package to make pine nut Cookies. I throw it out by chance. I hoping you could help.

      The following is the recipe for Pine Nut Raisin Cookies:

      -200g unsalted butter softened
      -250g sugar
      -1 tsp vanilla extract
      -400g all-purpose flour
      -1/2 tsp salt
      -1/2 tsp baking powder
      -50g Dan-D-Pak Pine Nuts toasted lightly and cooled
      -1 cup Dan-D-Pak Raisins
      -2 eggs

      Method: Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl mix together the butter and the sugar until creamy. Mix in eggs. Gradually stir in flour, salt, and baking powder. Add in the pine nuts and raisins. Mix well. Drop teaspoons of dough 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets, and bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes, transfer them to wire racks, and let them cool completely.
