Yield: 4 pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup DDPK traditional buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup water or more as needed.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Pour 1/4 batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook pancakes until bubbly on top. Flip with a spatula, and continue cooking until the bottom is lightly browned. Enjoy!
