Soy Nut Coated Fish Fillet
Yield: 2 servings fish fillets
Ingredients:
- 2 servings fish fillets
- 1 cup Dan-D-Organic roasted soy beans, ground
- Salt & pepper
- ½ cup milk
- Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping
Directions:
Place the soy beans in a plastic bag and smash with bottom of a sauce pan.
Mix in salt and pepper with ground up beans.
Coat each piece of fish with milk, then shake in bag.
Place coated fish pieces in a baking dish.
Bake in a 400F degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot with Thai sweet chili sauce.
