Yield: 12 squares
- 2 1/2 cups DDPK cranberry & pecan squares mix
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Butter (or spay) a 9 inch square baking pan.
Mix the butter and sugar in a medium bowl. Add the egg, beating until just blended.
Mix in the cranberry & pecan squares mix until well blended. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and press firmly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until just golden brown. Cool completely before cut into squares. Enjoy!
