  1. We recently purchased your organic Spelt Pancake mix… are there any specific directions availabe of what quantity of water or milk (or an egg as well) to add in with a package or cup of the spelt mix?… Thanks!

      Please see below.

      Cooking Instructions:
      - 2 cups Dan-D-Pak Buttermilk Pancake Mix
      - 1 egg, beaten
      - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
      - 1 cup water or more as needed
      - makes 4 pancakes

      Mix all ingredients until blended together. Pour 1/4 batter onto hot griddle or greased pan for each pancake. Cook pancake until bubble on top. flip with a spatula, and continue cooking until lightly browned on bottom.
